Vladimir Lučić Nearing Bayern Munich Exit? Partizan Eyes Emotional Homecoming

BuzzSport was the first to report on April 8 that Partizan Mozzart Bet has targeted Serbian forward Vladimir Lučić (35, 2.04 m) as their primary acquisition for the 2025-26 season (read here). Now, as Meridian Sport reports and BuzzSport sources confirm, the long-time FC Bayern Munich captain faces a potential departure. Lučić has been the cornerstone of Bayern for nine years, leading them to seven trophies (three championships, four cups) and boosting their EuroLeague profile with All-EuroLeague First Team honors in 2021 and Second Team in 2022.

According to Meridian Sport, Bayern offered Lučić a contract extension well below his market value, casting doubt on his future in Munich. Partizan, coached by Željko Obradović, could offer Lučić an emotional homecoming to Belgrade. The versatile forward brings leadership and clutch scoring, and Lučić has hinted at prior talks with Partizan, thrilling fans. Partizan’s president, Ostoja Mijailović, recently said he’d “love to bring players like Lučić back home.”

Despite his comfort in Germany, several top clubs are inquiring about Lučić. Will he return to Belgrade?
