Dwayne Bacon Joins Dubai as Sixth EuroLeague Signing

Dubai has confirmed the signing of Dwayne Bacon what was firstly reported by TeleSport, a former Florida State standout, as their sixth summer addition, with the announcement made on July 16, 2025. The 28-year-old American forward joins a roster featuring Aleksa Avramovic, Dzanan Musa, Mam Jaiteh, Kenan Kamenjas, and McKinley Wright IV for Dubai’s EuroLeague debut.

Proven EuroLeague Experience and VTB MVP Honors

Bacon brings 56 EuroLeague games from stints with AS Monaco (2021-22) and Panathinaikos (2022-23), and recently earned VTB United League MVP honors with Zenit (16.3 points, 3.6 rebounds) in 2024-25, leading his team to the Finals despite a loss to CSKA.
