According to Sport Klub, Crvena Zvezda is close to signing 23-year-old guard Stefan Miljenović from Mega MIS as they plan for the 2025-26 ABA League season. The Canadian-born, 1.93-meter playmaker is reportedly nearing a two-year deal with an option for a third, as per MozzartSport. This move comes amid the team’s focus on roster building despite a three-game suspension for star Nikola Kalinić following a playoff loss to Budućnost.

Miljenović’s Rising Talent

Miljenović has been a standout for Mega this season, averaging 10.3 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in 22 minutes per game in the ABA League. His best performance came against Budućnost, where he scored 30 points with 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Previously, he shone at OKK Beograd in 2022-23, averaging 17.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.6 assists, helping them reach the Serbian Super League. He also played for Leotar Trebinje, Slodes, and Slippery Rock University.

Building for the Future

With Miljenović’s addition, Crvena Zvezda aims to bolster their backcourt with his playmaking and scoring ability. As the team navigates playoff challenges and Kalinić’s suspension, this signing signals their ambition to remain a dominant force in the ABA League and beyond. Fans are eager to see how Miljenović integrates into the squad for the upcoming season.
